Mark Esau has more than 30 years experience as a barrister and solicitor, particularly in the areas of commercial law and civil litigation.
He also has extensive experience in Family Law matters, working in the Family Court and the Federal Magistrates Court.
Mark Esau has high level expertise in the legal aspects of the real estate industry, in particular those matters involving contract disputes, issues of misleading and deceptive conduct and matters arising under the Trade Practices Act and the Fair Trading Act.
In addition to these areas of expertise, Mark Esau is also a Notary Public and a fellow of the Australian & New Zealand College of Notaries.
