The solicitors at Lynch & Associates are very experienced in their areas of law. The Principal of the firm, Patrick Lynch, was admitted in Victoria in May 1985 and was subsequently admitted in Queensland in April 1992. In Victoria Patrick practised in the hospitality field. He was a member of Victorian Law Institute Property Law section. Patrick's experience included acting for public companies mainly in the commercial area involving sellers in acquisition of businesses.
Upon his move to Queensland Patrick broadened his experience to include personal injuries and estate work. He has represented both small and large business clients and assisted with their business acquisitions, share transfers, leasing and general commercial matters.
Corey Jenkins is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and practices predominantly in the areas of Criminal Law, Traffic matters, Family Law and Domestic Violence applications.
Corey has extensive experience in running committals and trials. He regularly instructs Counsel in complex and serious crimes in all higher courts. He is a qualified duty lawyer and available to appear in any court in the Sunshine Coast and surrounding areas. Corey is also able to assist you with all traffic offences as well as work licence and special hardship applications.
Robert Douglas was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2004. He initially practised in commercial litigation and debt recovery but shortly thereafter made the decision to practise principally in family law. He regularly appears in the Family Court of Australia and in the Federal Magistrates Court of Australia in respect of children’s matters and matrimonial and de facto property disputes.
