Harry has over 28 years’ experience in litigation, property and personal law work. He has worked in a variety of dispute matters and court work, including high profile criminal law cases, family law matters, claims against deceased estates and partnership disputes.
His property work ranges from the first home buyer to the sales and purchases of service stations, hotels and motels, and commercial leasing.
Harry’s down to earth style results in many of the firm’s clients becoming his loyal friends.
Josephine, a Notary Public, also has over 28 years legal experience, with 12 of those years as legal adviser to the Reserve Bank of Australia.
Josephine’s legal experience covers a variety of fields including commercial and property law, intellectual property including copyright and trade mark work, banking and finance, construction law, government law and personal matters.
Josephine focuses on evaluating risks with a client, while protecting a client’s bottom line.
Partner Catherine Young is an exceptional property lawyer, with many years of experience in a wide variety of property transactions, both commercial and residential, including property development and off the plan sales and purchases, mortgages, agreements to lease, licences and leases (retail and commercial), and related issues including easements, covenants, stamp duty and land tax.
