Duncan & MacKenzie Solicitors was established in 1997 in Bankstown and moved to Penshurst, near Hurstville in 2005.
A part of local history, the firm took over the practice of a solicitor Russell Grahame Duncan, who had practised in the Bankstown area for 30 years.
In keeping with our traditional values, Duncan & MacKenzie Solicitors offers a boutique style law practice, a small office, personal attention, with a solicitor actually handling all matters.

Duncan & MacKenzie Solicitors specialises in wills and estates, including disputes over wills and family provision claims.
Also, Duncan & MacKenzie Solicitors advises on powers of attorney, guardianship and matters regarding retirement village contracts and general elder law issues.
Other main areas of practice for Duncan & MacKenzie Solicitors are all aspects of property law - buying and selling of residential and commercial property, commercial leases, buying and selling of businesses, general business advice, and family law - divorce applications and property settlements.
Conveyancing
Some firms may leave so called "simple" conveyancing and and other matters to be handled by clerical staff.
The team at Duncan & MacKenzie Solicitors do not do that, and clients are welcome to telephone to discuss matters, without worrying about being billed by the minute.

Parking available nearby in Penshurst Street or Bridge Street and council carpark behind shops in Penhsurst Street. Office is located directly across the road from Penshurst railway station, which is on the Illawarra railway line, one station away from Hurstville and about 30 minutes from the city. The Illawarra line connects directly to the Eastern suburbs line.
