ABOUT OUR FOUNDER - Kelly Tudhope

Acting as the principal solicitor for Hope Law Pty Ltd, Kelly Tudhope is a highly experienced lawyer in all aspects of services provided by the firm. She has a strong record of successful negotiations in high profile supply agreements and Section 87B undertakings, as well as responses to Section 155 notices resulting in the ACCC no longer pursuing clients for alleged breaches of various provisions of the ACL.

Kelly regularly advises Australian and multinational corporations on commercial and corporate transactions, agreements, and contracts. Some of her clientele include the likes of Kirby, ASEA, ITWorks!, Pure Water Systems, and many more.

Kelly holds a conjoint degree in Law and Social Science from the University of Waikato, New Zealand, through which she acquired knowledge in the areas of social sciences and business issues. Kelly has been admitted to practice in NSW Australia since 2011.
