Our Principal
Our Principal Ms Hazra Ahmed, graduated in 1996 with a Law Degree and two Arts Degrees. Hazra has over 19 years legal experience.
Hazra has a wealth of experience in both the private and public sectors and her experiences have been gained from small suburban law practices, to middle tier, large private firms and corporate organisations.
Our Principal is dedicated to building the foundations of the practice to focus on client service and results.
Family Law
The services offered at Kanoon Law Group extends to representing clients in all aspects of Family Law including children and custody matters, recovery and relocation, de facto matters, same sex marriages, divorce, property matters, spousal maintenance and domestic violence matters.
We represent clients in a range of court matters from mentions, interim hearings, directions, compliance checks, property conciliation, arbitration, mediation and family dispute resolutions, domestic violence trials in the Magistrates Courts, Children’s Courts, Federal Circuit Courts, and Family Courts (Magellan matters).
Migration Law
The Firm offers services in Migration Law and has a solicitor registered as a migration agent.
We can assist with all work visas, business visas, family visas, student visas, travel visas, refugee visas, temporary and permanent visas.
Personal Injury
We offer services in personal injury matters, including motor vehicle accident injuries, property damage claims, public liability claims and WorkCover claims.
