Our Expertise and Success
The establishment of AM Legal Compensation Lawyers in February 2009 was borne out of a desire to provide honest, timely and accurate advice and claims assistance.
The principal of AM Legal Compensation Lawyers, Antony Mastrogiannis, is a solicitor (Dip Law, LPAB), Law Society Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law and Approved Legal Services Provider to the WorkCover Independent Review Officer.
Antony has almost 20 years experience in personal injury / compensation law. During the early part of Antony's career, he acted for many large employers and insurance companies. He understands their obligations, practices and approach to claims.
Since around 2004 Antony has acted only for injured people. He has acted for hundreds of injured people in compensation claims, providing advice and claims management and representation.
Antony has successfully appeared in the Compensation Court, Workers Compensation Commission, Motor Accidents Assessment Service, District and Supreme Courts over the years.
