Beyond Property Legal Solutions offers a personal and professional legal service. We offer particular expertise in Conveyancing, Wills & Powers and Deceased Estates.

Cheryl Christiansen - Principal
Beyond Property Legal Solutions is well respected in the local community. It is headed by solicitor and Principal Cheryl Christiansen, whose roots in the Illawarra area for 3 generations.
She also spent many years in each of the Sutherland Shire, Central Coast and Central West areas and has been involved in many local community organisations in those areas for most of her life.
Cheryl has been involved in the legal industry for more than 45 years. She was a Conveyancing, Will and Estates paralegal and handled mortgage work for several banks, before becoming a Solicitor in 1996.
Cheryl also had a broad range of experience in Family Law matters from 1996 to 2016.
In 2002, she established Cheryl Christiansen & Associates, in Engadine, which later became the firm it is today.
