At Ajuria Lawyers we are focused on providing our clients with the most comprehensive, up-to-date and complete migration advice.

Ajuria Lawyers offer a broad range of services in this field, from providing large multinational, regional and local organisations with visa advice and assistance to individual cases that require careful management and vigorous advocacy.

The Principal at Ajuria Lawyers, Lillian Ajuria, chosen three years running in The Australian Financial Review’s Best Lawyers of Australia list, leads a team of highly qualified lawyers and consultants, who are dedicated professionals committed to ensuring our clients receive informed advice and professional, ethical service.
Lillian Ajuria - Accredited Specialist - Migration
Lillian is recognised as an Accredited Specialist in Immigration Law by the Law Society of New South Wales and is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales and the High Court of Australia.

Her experience in the field of immigration is extensive – from employer-sponsored work visas, entertainment and distinguished talent visas, partner and family migration; tribunal appeals, representations to the Australian Government’s Immigration Minister and senior engagement with members of Parliament.

Lillian is renowned for her dedication to the profession and tireless advocacy for her clients at Ajuria Lawyers. She has served as New South Wales Vice-President of the Migration Institute of Australia, as a board member of the Immigration Advice and Rights Centre, and a member of the Law Society of New South Wales Immigration Law Committee.

Her own Spanish background gives Lillian valuable insight into the issues and a genuine empathy for people going through the sometimes-stressful migration process. This, and her reputation for honest, realistic and ethical advice, makes Lillian one of Australia’s most sought after immigration lawyers.

As the Principal at Ajuria Lawyers, Lillian is also fully accredited as a Notary Public by the Supreme Court of New South Wales and a member of the Society of Public Notaries of New South Wales.

Lillian is a graduate from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Arts with a major in Political Science.
