Graham has been practising law for over 40 years beginning his career with the Attorney General's Department in 1973. He was admitted as a barrister of the Supreme Court in 1975. Graham worked for the Office of the Director of Prosecutions for many years before being appointed Assistant Ombudsman in 1988. Then taking on a position as a Senior Solicitor in the Professional Standards Department of the Law Society continuing in this position until 1998 when deciding to go into private practice. This practice expanded rapidly with offices in Sydney and Helensburgh, selling this practice in 2013 to semi retire to the Southern Highlands. Graham has now opened an office in Moss Vale and is enjoying all that he can offer to his clients.
In addition to his Moss Vale office Graham still has an office in Elizabeth St, Sydney where he can see clients at anytime.
